Orchard Foreman

Your role

As one of our Orchard Foremen you will be responsible for all aspects of orchard horticulture while also effectively managing and motivating your team. You will maximise the efficiency of day-to-day orchard operations under the direction of orchard management.

What you bring

• Experience in large-scale horticulture and orchard operations
• Supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Growsafe certification potential with other horticultural qualifications 
• Current full driver licence
