- Property Systems & Infrastructure Lead
This role is central to ensuring our accommodation, facilities, and property data are accurate, compliant, and ready for all our people.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update master data for all accommodation sites and property assets, including beds, amenities, facilities, and measurements.
- Develop and manage systems for tracking accommodation and property capacity, utilisation, and compliance.
- Support the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects aligned with seasonal workforce demand and long-term business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Councils, Accommodation Providers, Auditors) to ensure all sites meet regulatory standards and future needs.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records for audits, consents, and compliance certificates.
- Provide data insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Lead the preparation and submission of self-audits and proactively manage maintenance and compliance schedules.
What You Bring:
- Familiarity with property and infrastructure systems
- A strong IT and systems background — you understand how software works and how to make it work better.
- A sharp eye for quality, compliance, and document control.
- An analytical mindset that sees patterns, solves problems, and drives decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills — you know your way around formulas, pivots, and data models.
- Experience in auditing and project environments, where precision and planning matter.
