This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to grow your technical expertise, contribute to the ongoing improvement of Mr Apple’s IT environment alongside likeminded peers, and be part of New Zealand’s largest apple exporter.
What You’re Doing:
- Provide day-to-day IT support across sites
- Ensure reliable ICT services & manage backups
- Administer Microsoft enterprise tools & Linux systems
- Support server & network configurations
- Document processes & deliver excellent customer service
- Increase your knowledge in security, Azure, and VMware vSphere through provided training and certification pathways
What You Bring:
- Equivalent experience as a Systems Administrator, Service Desk Support or Systems Engineer
- Experience with Operational Technology such as PLC, SCADA
- Problem-solving mindset, a passion to deep dive through issues & an eagerness to learn
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Customer-focused and proactive people person
