- Sales Support Coordinator
This role sits at the heart of our operation — ensuring accurate processing, timely reporting, and seamless coordination across tasks for the supporting the sales functions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the go-to person for sales administration, customer reporting, invoicing & credits, and documentation support. In our fast paced, vibrant office you’ll help keep everything moving smoothly — especially during peak season when early starts &/or out of hours will be needed.
- Work across key systems including Business Central (BC), inhouse systems MAX/MAUI, OPAL Market Plan, and Sales Demand Tool
- Support both Apple and Kiwifruit sales programmes through accurate processing and allocation
- Collaborate daily with Sales, Documentation, Finance, and Production teams
- Engage with external customers to support orders, queries, and reporting
- Ensure fruit orders & invoicing are completed accurately and on time
What You Bring:
We’re after someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to put their hand up when things get busy. You’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administration, sales support, or documentation role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid IT literacy
- Experience with invoicing, credits, reporting, and customer queries
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a good sense of humour
- Experience in the apple or wider horticulture industry is a bonus, as is exposure to warehousing, inventory, or production environments.
