Sales Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and detail driven Sales Support Coordinator to support our Sales Team.

This role sits at the heart of our operation — ensuring accurate processing, timely reporting, and seamless coordination across tasks for the supporting the sales functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the go-to person for sales administration, customer reporting, invoicing & credits, and documentation support. In our fast paced, vibrant office you’ll help keep everything moving smoothly — especially during peak season when early starts &/or out of hours will be needed.

  • Work across key systems including Business Central (BC), inhouse systems MAX/MAUI, OPAL Market Plan, and Sales Demand Tool
  • Support both Apple and Kiwifruit sales programmes through accurate processing and allocation
  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Documentation, Finance, and Production teams
  • Engage with external customers to support orders, queries, and reporting
  • Ensure fruit orders & invoicing are completed accurately and on time

What You Bring:

We’re after someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to put their hand up when things get busy. You’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administration, sales support, or documentation role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid IT literacy
  • Experience with invoicing, credits, reporting, and customer queries
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a good sense of humour
  • Experience in the apple or wider horticulture industry is a bonus, as is exposure to warehousing, inventory, or production environments.

What We Offer:

  • A full time role in a high energy, supportive and social team of five
  • A workplace where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who loves variety
  • Opportunities to grow your skills in sales administration, and industry specific systems
  • Exposure to New Zealand’s largest apple exporter and a key player in the horticulture sector
  • A culture that values teamwork, humour, and people who step up when it counts

If you’re ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment where your work has real impact, we welcome your application. Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your interest and relevant experience.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received due to the urgency of this role.
Applications close: Thursday 12 February 2026.
